Did a search and found your blog about Wizard Carpet Cleaning telemarketing calls. Just got my first one today. I had the same problem with Authorized Cleaning Service (who is probably the same company). I filed online complaints with the FCC at

http://www.fcc.gov/cgb/complaints_tcpa.html

or direct link to form

https://esupport.fcc.gov/form1088/consumer.do

The FCC issued a citation against them and later I received a letter saying they took enforcement action against them. I haven't had a call from them since and had previously been getting them for two years.

Please file a compliant at the FCC website as the State Attorney General does not enforce the do not call list. After two years of calls and complaints at DoNotCall.gov, I sent a postal letter to the State Attorney General asking them why they aren't enforcing the do not call list. All I got back was a letter saying to file a complaint at DoNotCall.gov. Filing a complaint there does no good if the Attorney General doesn't want to bother enforcing it. I'd still do it but don't expect our state to do anything about it.

Thanks for posting about this on your blog. If everyone who gets these calls would complain, especially with the FCC, something would get done about it faster.

Email me if you need or want more info.

Ok, comments are now allowed on "page" pages as well. I'll leave registration open as long as there are no problems with it.

Comments should be allowed on that page, but apparently the template has other thoughts. Looks like something I will have to fix.

In the meantime, I have enabled user registrations. I would invite anyone who wants to participate here to register as a member of this site. This will enable you to submit articles for review. This can be restaurant information, Las Vegas information, or even Lars Vargas sightings.

Registration is free and quick and will give you limited but instant access to some of the nuts and bolts of this site.

Being from Reno, well, originally from the Valley (San Fernando), now in Vegas and soon back in Reno. I have something to say. Mr. Vargas, I think it would be nice if you added to your EATS page, a place for individuals to put their favorite restaurants. Hey, if nothing else, you may find a few more Indian cuisines that pack the heat for you.

Nice page. I'm anxious to see the final fine tuned LOG. "Cool, he said Log!"
